However, really the choice between 32 or 36 they are both very similar roads, not sure I would have too much of presence between the 2. Except you can always stop in at the Bambi Inn should you take 32.
I have taken my 41 foot diesel coach up both routes, toward
Lake Almanor, near Lassen.
I found a big difference between the 2 options.
Hwy 36 is much less tight and narrow than Hwy 32. Takes a little
longer but if your set-up is more than 36 feet you may want to
avoid Hwy 32.
