The tow rating is a ability to move the load rating. My 3.55' say I can't pull the 11,000# I tow, need 4.10's Dang I flatten the hills now, wonder what it would be like with 4.10's!!

Here is the link to Fiat/Chrysler Media if you click the "search" box in the upper right corner you can search "2006 Ram specs" then click on the on the link when the window opens. You should find "News (337)

You can find the specs for all Chrysler vehicles.

The rambodybuilder link for 2006 wouldn't load and that was the one I needed. Any ideas on the problem?

Are you using internet explorer?

For some reason I have had to use internet explorer for that website for a while now, other browsers don't work.

2006 is working for me.

So the exact same truck with 4:10 is rated to tow it? Geeze, just buy the 5er and enjoy. If you find yourself in a hurry all the time, re-gear to 4:10s.
