One cannot wave a magic wand and produce a desired tongue weight. It will vary with the way the TT is loaded each day. Less LP sometimes, more water other times, etc. When you try to skate too close to the edge, there's a chance of getting very wet. It may not happen for a day, a week, a year, or even 20 years... but then again....
