So I agree that the TW is going to be too heavy for a Class IV hitch, but there is some room for payload weight otherwise:

Therefore, there is no weigh penalty for Fuel and lubes as was mentioned in another post above and a further 150lbs (US Standard) can be deducted for the notional weight of the driver.
I'm not going to re-do the math here, but I think that even with a WDH it could be possible, but not without a Class V receiver hitch...
