Towing ability

I have a 1999 Chevy extended cab 2500 4x4 long box. I am looking to buy a 34 foot 2002 KZ New Vision 5th wheel that, I am told, weights 9999 lbs. Will my 1999 chevy 2500 handle this 5th wheel?
