There's nothing to refute. Speed was a factor in this wreck. Period. I never said it was the only factor if you re~read what I posted with the picture. Had the guy not tried to pass there would not have been a wreck.
In all fairness I will give one and only one eye witness's account of what happened.

pickup pulling the camper tried to pass the semi- there was a semi comming at them they tried to get back in front of the semi they were passing and the camper was still in the on comming lane. so here is the results
