Adjust your mirrors so you do not see the trailer and after a couple hundred miles you'll forget it's even back there.:B
If your trailer brakes work well, there is no reason to only go 50. On the road I increase the trailer brake setting to where it almost slides the tires, but have to decrease it in town or it will jerk the truck.
