Yes, your truck can be towed, but you MUST place the transfer case in Neutral then place the transmission in Park. We towed a 2005 Sierra for thousands of miles and now tow our 2011 Silverado behind the motorhome. Your 4x4 control has a line that goes to 2 buttons, which you push simultaneously and hold for 10± seconds. As you hold it the transfer case will go to neutral and a red N will light indicating it is now in neutral.
The big thing is to make sure your motorhome is capable of towing that weight, which most DP's are.
