I got slightly over 10 mpg on my recent 650 mile multi-day trip. I mostly ran at 58-60, except one 120 mile day of steep, twisty Ozark roads where I rarely got above 45. My rig weighed 12,080 lbs. 5,280 lbs is on the trailer axles and 6,800 on the truck.
Naked truck gets about 20 on the highway at 58-60, drops to about 18.5 at 72-75. SPEED KILLS (fuel economy)!
