I never recommend towing overloaded but it's a warranty issue not safety. If you go with this trailer that is clearly more than your rating be sure you are not also exceeding your safety numbers (gvwr and gawr). It's my bet you will be over on gvwr by the time you add a 15% of gvwr tongue weight.
