Another thing to look at. IF you have a sway control bar, or maybe 2. It could be that you have it / them too tight. that will not allow the TT to fully straighten out, and could cause the TV to pull to one side. How di I know. Happened to me.
Try pulling with out the sway bar for a short distance, and see if it still pulls
