Welcome to the forums where you usually get good answers BUT NOT TODAY. OK, the one to measure each side to the coupler and to check for a brake dragging... put your hand near the wheel bearings on the left side to feel if either axle is hot and pulling the back of the truck to the left. If the sway control was too tight it would pull in either direction, not just to the right. Sounds like you have a problem with your axles.
