Lots of good suggestions so far.
I would follow the K.I.S.S. system.
Does it pull when not towing? If so, then the TT is not the problem.. Since you have likely already figured that out, go to the next thing.
If you are using a friction sway control, loosen or remove it. If that fixes it, then you have found the problem easily without spending any money or much time.
If it still pulls, THEN move on to the other suggestions.
