- I towed a 37', 14,000 GVWR 5th wheel with a 2009 Chevy crewcab, shortbed, 4x4, Duramax. This is more trailer than you're discussing and it towed just fine. A 2013 will have better towing capacity - unless it's a gas engine and then I wouldn't waste my time trying to tow anything big.

Need the trailers GVWR or dry weights or hitch type (Bumper or 5th wheel).
Its best to post all those types of numbers for your particular truck and the trailer.
