I am very close to Orlando, so I will check out Mullinax. I also looked into the Tacoma as someone suggested, it would not seat us all, but it's something we are opening the discussion on. I know there were other suggestions, must go back through all the posts to be able to go into each avenue.
Before you go to Mullinax, go to their website. It's difficult to find the vans. Goto: USED VEHICLES > FORD > ECONOLINE WAGON. If you select vans, you will end up in the minivan section.
Mullinax's internet price is lower than the sticker price they will have on the lot.
The Tacoma is about as limited as the minivans. If you want a Japanese pickup truck, you will want to look at the Toyota Tundra or Nissan Titan. For towing, GM, Ford and Chrysler trucks are better.
A big problem is that people see a van or pickup towing a huge trailer and assume that all vans or pickups can do that. There is a huge difference between a mini truck like a Tacoma and something like a Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel 3500 DRW. The big Chrysler can carry a Tacoma in the bed and tow 4 or 5 Tacomas behind it at the same time. The Tacoma is maxed out if you fill its bed with potting soil.
The capability differences between trucks and vans is huge compared to cars. The difference between a Ford Fusion and a Ford Taurus are minor. Both carry about the same number of people at the same speed. The difference between a Ford F-150 pickup truck with the V6 and a F-450 with the PS diesel DRW is huge. Make sure you buy the right truck or van. The salesmen cannot be trusted (they mostly just don't know the difference and just want to make a sale).
