It will no doubt pull it to your destination. You may very well be over on your GVWR but under on your rear axle rating if you care about such numbers.
It will rev up to 4-5000 rpm on the hills and may lose a little speed but should maintain a decent speed. Can you tolerate high rpm from time to time or does it make you feel like you are hurting the truck (it doesn't actually hurt it).
As far as stability there are lots and lots of 5ers being towed by 3/4 ton HD trucks and people are satisfied. Would a dually be better? Probably but you already have this truck.
Would I do it if I had the truck and that is the trailer I wanted. Yeah I would.
