If you have 4:30 gears, yes. With 3:73s you will be pretty close or over Ford's tow rating of around 12.5K for 3:73 gears. I tow around 10K with 3:73s. Wouldn't want to go heavier unless I did a gear swap.

Pin weight will be something to consider as well. Check your available payload/capacity tire label on your driver's door post.
