towing with f250 gas
thinking of buying a solitude 320x 5th wheel, only have a ford f250 gas, 2015 pu, willthis do the job?

The Ford trans 1st and 2nd gear with 3.73 rear is better overall ratios than a Ram 4.10. If you have 4.30's, big advantage. I'm happy pulling 11k with my 6.2 3.73. It's 385HP, just needs more gear to get there, compared to a diesel.
In the end, I think it all hinges on what you think is acceptable and the ratings of the truck. And you probably won't know until you tow it.
