If you tow, and factor in the fact the 6.4 has MDS (better MPG), more torque/hp, and almost a 1000 lbs. more payload, IMO $1300-$1400 is a small price to pay for all this capability.

The 6.4 has ~900 lbs. more payload than the 5.7 and the CTD. Or, put another way, the 5.7 and CTD have almost the same payload.
