No turbo just NA V6 though they did up the power and torque some from the 2018 MY. The 2020 Highlander will have the 6 as the only engine in all trims; the Hybrid will no longer be a 6 with electric motor but will feature a 2.5 with electric motor. Believe the HP rating and torque decreases a bit though from 2019 Hybrid.
I will say this, I like that 8 speed slush box behind the 6 a helluva lot more than behind the 4 banger in the Camry we traded in.
