And to the OP, regarding proper setup. My opinion is that proper rigging between the truck and trailer is important for all tow vehicles and trailers. It becomes critical when the trailer is getting bigger as compared to the truck. My further opinion is, a good WD hitch with proper setup in needed. Proper setup, in my mind means taking the time to go to the scales ( I use CAT scales ) and making the numbers come out right.
Also, on my funfinder, making the switch from the OE load range C, ST tires, to load range D, LT tires made a big improvement in towing stability on the highway.
Each rig has it's own, personality shall we say, and it's up the the owner to optimize the setup. Don't count on the dealership to get it dialed in exactly right. They might, but the might not.
