TPMS for TT?

Seeking recommendations for TPMS that actually work for the distance of TT tires away from the monitor. Thanks. DJ

Another vote for the TST507 with repeater. No problems in almost 2 years of use
  • Try searching this Forum for `TPMS' and read on. We have had our Pressure PRO for about 10 years.
  • I used to recommend the TireTraker, but I'm running into issues with them right now, trying to get them to fix a problem.
  • TST 507 worked great for 1 year. Then lost 2 tires. They sent me a repeater and all is good. Wouldn't travel without it.
  • I thought about a repeater but placed the suction cup holder on to the inside of the back window of my truck. It is where I can see it in my rear view mirror if the alarm goes off. It is close enough to get the signals and although I can't touch it, I don't need to. Works for me.
  • No personal experience but I did read that one should look for TPMS that use easily replaceable batteries.
  • TST 507 is a very popular TPMS and will handle most trailers (5ers and TTs) with no problem. And TST has a repeater for those that do need extra signal. Mine works fine on my 35' 5er.....most of the time. On rare occasion I may loose communication for a short time. So I did buy a repeater for more reliable signal.
