Grand Design mentions a 12 year warranty on the roof material. At one time, that pretty much meant TPO. EPDM was warrantied for 10 years. Not sure if that is still the case. Either material works fine. EPDM chalks off slowly, which can result in streaks on the trailer's sides. Those streaks can take a lot of elbow grease to remove. However, I wouldn't let that stop me from choosing a brand or model that was otherwise what I wanted.
