One of my favorite areas also.Next trip plan to stay at Agua Caliente
and try to find the remains of the old stage station At Vallecito
which has been restored and then drive up Carrazo creek to see the if any thing is left of the old stage station there.Once when I was on the the old stage route,
iwas the only one on the road I slowed down to 5 mph to see what is was like in the old days.Also went to Box canyon where the people had to get out and help push the stage up the hill.
