You have to make those with Texas Toast, then after the egg is cooked you dip the whole thing in batter and deep fry it, then throw it on the plate and cover it with sausage gravy! :W

I thought a 73' waterfall? I didn't think Florida had 73' of relief total! But then I see they had to dig a hole to make that full drop ;)

I thought so too. I was surprised to learn that the highest point in Florida is about 350 ft above sea level. It's up near the state line with Alabama.

I should be in Florida in early February, and in the keys around mid-month. Hoping to knock off a bucket-lister and take the ferry to the Dry Tortugas, spend a night on the beach and catch the ferry back. Yes, I know they won't take our truck! I'll be sleeping on a thermorest on the sand if we manage it.

The boss and I have talked about making that trip too. We'll probably fly to the Keys and hop the ferry from there. It sounds really cool. There's another old fort there that I'd enjoy seeing.
