Truly, terrible drivers are the least of Memphis' problems lately. As noted earlier, there is always the chance of getting shot....seems to headline the news daily. If there is any possible way to screw up anything at all, Memphis will manage to do it....over and over and over.
I travel on a motorcycle quite a lot too, and believe me, Memphis doesn't have the rights sewn up on dingbat drivers ;)
