In PA mergers do not have the right of way. Yield signs are on the ramp and specifically say RAMP on them to help the idiots. You are in the right lane and do not have to yield. I prefer highways vs 50mph roads riddled with stoplights. I have one crash under my belt for 50 mph valley light in the rain. I was only doing 30 yet still locked up the trailer and slid into car at the green light. I had 2 cars in front braking, I was at 30, in from left comes the classic cut off and brake hard. 12000lbs vs a idiot in front who wins that battle?
