Our North Trail is a Heartland aluminum framed TT vs wood in the Trail Runner. You can join the Heartland forum here.
I haven't found any major issues yet. Our worst problem was a water leak caused by a loose external shower hose that I fixed myself.
I'd rather have Dexter axles than the Lipperts that came with it but we'll see how they hold up.
Heartland seems to be good about sending owners parts for their own repairs if a dealer is too far away. I've also heard they'll authorize repairs at another dealership other than the selling one.
Um, my guess is you'll be grossing out at 8,000#. Hope you have the right TV.
