Eeeeks - NO! I have owned many types and sizes of trailers through the years - I use one of those hand dollies to move my empty 800-lb utility trailer and it's HARD GOING. There is no way I would attempt to move a travel trailer of any size by hand - too many things can go wrong. For really tight spots - a ball on the front of your TV is probably the best/safest option?
