Trailer for a TC as a stopgap until getting a one ton?

Is there such thing as a trailer for a TC? I'm looking to eventually buy a Ford F-350. However, until then, I wonder if I can buy the TC I want, put it on a trailer, and use it as a TT until I am ab...

I bought a new 16' utility trailer some years ago with tandem 3500 lb axles. Because the trailer had a 2900 gvwr it had one axle braking.

Make sure your trailer has two axle braking.
