Trailer for a TC as a stopgap until getting a one ton?

Is there such thing as a trailer for a TC? I'm looking to eventually buy a Ford F-350. However, until then, I wonder if I can buy the TC I want, put it on a trailer, and use it as a TT until I am ab...

Take the jacks off.
It’s extremely unlikely anyone would be able to steal the camper off of the trailer, the far more likely scenario is someone just pulls the whole trailer away. I’d just worry about securing the trailer.
