- jjjExplorerSorry to hear that, it is only in the 100's here. We have a few more planned for this year.
- AtleeExplorer IIIt's not even Labor Day yet. Children aren't back in school yet.
I don't "winterize" until after November, and sometimes not even then, depending on how the football season went.
This year, I don't even plan on "winterizing". Late in the year, I'll blow out the water in the water lines, and put some anti freeze in the traps, but we plan on pulling out in mid to late February for a "Once in a Life Time" trip across this great country, all the way to California.michael8rc wrote:
Trailer is winterized, cleaned and put away in the barn until next year. Phew!!! That was a lot of work. - chip_litchExplorerI'm in Ohio and we have trips planned out through late October. Coming from Oklahoma these Ohio days of 80 degree highs and 50 degree lows are wonderful! This is perfect camping weather to us.
- TerryallanExplorer IIWhy.:?
- loulou57ExplorerToo early for us also. I just asked hubby last night if we were going camping for trick or treat. We have had to put the heat on though on our last outing in northern ontario two weeks ago.
- btd35ExplorerJust getting my boat off the trailer for the first time! You must be at the north pole or something!
- REDF350ExplorerWay to early to shut it down.
- All58ParksExplorerWe have trips planned for September, October, February and April. No winterizing here!
- VolFamilyExplorerThe heat makes it less than ideal right now, but once it really cools down at the end of next month, we'll camp through Christmas. Doesn't really get cold here until January.
- rv2goExplorer IIGosh what a shame.
I would have thought that there were several more weeks of good camping in Michigan.
