Our first trailer is 33' and after five years of travelling all over PA and out west, I can say it hasn't been an issue at all. Now, of course, there are certain realities that you will have to abide by. You're not going to get into too many places where ONLY 20 footers can go, but as said, there are places for you wherever you go, including the National Parks. Just might not be off the beaten path as far as other smaller trailers. It's a non issue for us and we enjoy the extra size on a regular basis. We aren't going any smaller.
