Well, not necessarily ...
Empty propane tank weight is included in the UVW listed on the trailer loading sticker as the tanks are supplied at the factory level. Obviously 20 lb tanks will weigh less than 30 pounders, as will just a single tank that is supplied with some smaller model trailers.
Battery weight obviously depends on what size and how many, with weight for a single G24 often less than 50 lbs.
While some would argue that carrying NO water will help lessen total trailer weight I'd argue that it makes more sense to fill the water heater system and purge air out of the system, along with carrying a minimal amount in the fresh water holding tank, say 10 to 15 gals, so the system can be used anywhere at any time, camping or not - great for midday stops along the way to our destination. Normally that's what I do, only carrying a full tank if it's very early or very late in the season when I know the campground fresh water supply may be turned off. I typically figure ~ 20 gals max or ~ 160 lbs which is plenty to keep us going, often until the day after we arrive on-site.
In my own case that means I'm adding ~ 260 lbs to my trailer's stickered UVW, before adding any personal cargo.
