I think you are still a little foggy on the terminology. What you need from the dealer is the 30amp shore power cord. What you currently have is a 30amp to 15amp adapter. It's all 120v. It's been stated before but at almost all RV parks with power there will be a post that allows you to plug the shore power cord direct, no adapter needed. I'm sure that there are few parks that may not have the 30 amp capacity and only have the 15amp plugin. That is where you will use the adapter, and of course at home.
