If you want to stay in the 26'+, 30' bumper to ball size, we have the Rockwood 2604. It has a rear living area/kitchen area with a large rear window and 4 windows on the slide with the sofa and dinette. I believe they're only making the 2604WS, which is a slide in the bedroom with the large closet area. We didn't know it was available when we bought, but would not have chosen the slide regardless. There are 2 smaller wardrobes and they are quite sufficient for our needs. Does bikes = kiddos?? If that is the case, you may not want to make up the sofa (air mattress and very comfy) or dinette every night. It's just the two of us and it's perfect. When we have guests, very rarely, the sofa bed is fine but I wouldn't want to do it every night. The bedroom in the front has a rock guard over the window and it's a good size. You could certainly open that for more light and visability. We do love the 2604 and it's got a good fit and finish. Love the large bathroom with excellent linen closet. Might be worth taking a look online. Happy shopping.
