Love, love, love the big bathroom in ours and the shallow dinette is perfect for our use.
Both "big issues" we've had were caused by the original owner. First we had a cracked diverter in the shower, likely because it wasn't winterized. And because the wall it is mounted on is not a shared interior wall, there is a slightly goofy stand-off (sold by North Trail) that our repair guy had to use.
The original owner also clipped a tree and created a roof leak where the front cap transitions to the roof. Not much damage, but wish it was caught and properly fixed sooner.
On the minor but important side, the axles were not properly aligned originally so what is now our spare tire has the inside tread completely worn away.
Overall we couldn't be happier with our choice. We've swapped out for LEDs, installed a Fantastic Fan in the bedroom, and an electric tongue jack as the major upgrades.
Unless you're sure you'll get good use from the outdoor kitchen, I'd suggest the 21FBS. With either floorplan you can eventually update to a 60x80 queen where I'm limited by the pony wall.
