"On one side or the other I always use at least one of the orange "Lynx Levelers" to level the TT side to side but since it raises the tires off the pavement I do not put a chock under those tires since it would rest against the lynx leveler and not the tire itself."
If you put a Lynx level block under a tire then you need to put another Lynx next to it so the wheel chock will be at the same level.
In other words if you use two Lynx blocks one on each tire then you need two more. One at one end of each tire. Then you can use the plastic wheel chocks.
