Trailer Stolen with Man Inside!

Just because he got lucky doesn't mean he made the right choice. If he was stopped, the better choice would have been to get out of the trailer, then fire if need be, but not in a moving trailer that is not under his control. But anyway, like you say, we don't know all the facts, so what we have to go on is a man firing his gun from a trailer being stolen/towed by someone else. Doesn't sound like a smart plan to me.
