It doesn't seem very logical to me to be able to shoot at the tow vehicle from the door. How could he shoot at the truck when the door probably opened toward the back of the trailer? (The hinges on TT doors are usually nearer the front of camper so it seems that the door would be blown shut as they travel down the road.)
