Trailer Unit without Dinette
We are downsizing and purchasing a smaller travel trailer--my question is to those of you without a dinette...Is it something we will miss? We do have a indoor/outdoor table that can be used in front...

When we downsized a few years ago we chose a 19' couple's model with a sofa, no dinette, our rationale being we eat outdoors most of the time. The trailer did come with a stand alone table with folding legs but it's so big, so heavy that we've never used it.

Instead, for those times we may choose to eat inside we use a couple of folding TV tables that each weigh only a few pounds apiece and fold up for easy storage ... a FAR better solution.

The only downside is our particular sofa is a bit short for sleeping on, otherwise it's proven to be a much better solution for us than a dinette.
