That price includes all of the dealer's profit on the unit. You might have a hard time hitting those numbers when selling to a private party. Private parties are normally looking for deals that are priced lower than what you'll find on the dealer's lot. Places like RV Trader are good sources of asking prices. Set your asking price a little higher than what you want because everyone is going to want to negotiate down. Even if you put that the price is firm.
