I have been a member of this forum for 21 years and have probably answered a number of the same question a hundred times. I don't consider it repetitious or boring because each person has a reason for asking and I consider it a privilege to help them out if possible.
I get a lot of satisfaction out of helping people and I'm sure that is the motivation behind a most of our members also.
