Transmission Drain Plug - Add On - Anyone done this

Installed two in my life time and both leaked! Only one I had installed that didn't leak, was welded on! If you can weld, go for it, just omit the nut on the inside of the pan and run a nice as smooth as you can bead around it! Yeah not everydrop of fluid comes out,but for an every other fluid drain/drop it worked great! Had a transmission shop do it for me,, they were great! They made sure it was as flush as possible.
