Talk it out with the transporter and the seller. Make sure everyone understands the logistics of the situation.
Who is responsible for arranging equipment to load the camper on the trailer? Who is responsible for arranging equipment to UNload the camper? Do you need to hire a forklift for both ends of the trip, or will the transporter arrange that?
If you are using a transporter who moves TCs regularly, he will be able to answer your questions and tell you what needs to happen. It might be worth the extra to find someone like this rather than just some random hotshotter.
What they depict on "Shipping Wars" on A&E channel (the actual loading and hauling part) isn't far from the truth in my experience. The customer doesn't think any of these things through and the transporter has no clue what he's in for when he gets there. Everyone's woefully unprepared and it becomes a mad scramble to jury-rig some sort of Egyptian pyramid building system to get the thing loaded. Not something you really want to do with a TC.
Personally I would go get the thing myself.
