According to the pictures I took when I opened up my rotted floor it was made out of two layers of approximately 1/8" thick luan boards with wood joists and aluminum straps sandwiched in between them. You're Starcraft sounds like my Jayco only it went back to the factory only once for a floor and wall they let the dealer put the roof on. And too boot I found more rot on my roof last year around my black water vent Witch was thoroughly sealed but still collecting moisture. Luckily I only had too replace a foot square section of the top layer of roof. Keep an eye on yours it seems some of these Jayco made units have rot problems. I check all of my caulking every year and still have problems and still don't know how the water got around my vent pipe. So don't just look at your seals but check for signs of rot visually. Maybe ours were made in the same factory.
