This is my preference I would look into a toy hauler because than you can make the back portion how ever you want it. I put carpet in mine and you could build bunk beds put a TV in the back and also make it their toy room as well . Or mine has beds on a chain pulling system so you can raise and lower the beds when you need to use them.
