    X2
  • I do not have the owners manual.
Like I said I can not measure the bumpers due to no level ground.
Does anyone out there have this unit that could give me a real answer? Thanks
  • You want your TT parallel to the ground, not level. Is the ground that uneven that you can't measure parallel?

X2, get it where the back and front are the same height from the ground at a common reference point on the trailer.
  • Parallel, not level. But most people mix the terms. Any large parking lot will do, like schools after hours, stores, etc. Anyway, every weight distributing hitch comes with an adjustable height ball mount. It adjusts enough for most under bumper receivers.
  • Thanks for all your help. I will try your solutions. But for reference, is there few standards?
