Thanks for the reply. I was thinking that the manufacturer might be at fault also. I think I will contact them on Monday and see where I get. Taking a loss is not something I want to do, since it would be substantial and I just bought the trailer. I did contact BBB and the dealership did not really seem to care much about the complaint
