Sounds to me like frozen pipes.
Probably wasn't winterized before you got it, and the damage was done before you took ownership.
Did your dealer do a PDI and walk through to show you that the water was working when you got it?
Frozen pipes!!! No way....
The OP had been using it for 2 weeks prior to the failure, 45 degrees is nowhere near cold enough, multiple failures not likely (especially above freezing temperatures).
I live in a climate where my trailer is stored over the winter in -50 degree weather, I just blow out my water lines through the city water hook-up with air. I don't add antifreeze, and my pipes do not burst. I have water in the pipes right now since I'm getting everything ready for next weekends camping trip. It was 34 degrees here overnight... no burst pipes.
The water pressure regulator has malfunctioned or the water pressure supplied to the regulator is WAY above the regulators maximum. The pressure downstream of the regulator built-up above the pressure your piping can handle. You broke the toilet valve, you likely broke the faucet valve on the outdoor sink, you split pipes at the weakest points.... ONLY an excess amount of pressure could cause that all at the same time.
